Maui’s Premier Skimboard and Surfing Company

 Here at Skim Hawaii we are all about helping our students achieve their goals, whatever they are. Sean McClenahan and all of his other instructors are sponsored professional skimboarders and surfers that have competed and traveled on the UST professional skim tour. Sean moved to Maui at the age of 18 with a backpack and surfboard to chase the winter swells and enjoy the warm waters of Hawaii and never looked back. After enjoying the Maui lifestyle for the last twenty years he is renown for surfing his skimboard at Jaws along with being one of the most passionate waterman in the Hawaiian Islands. Along with many visitors Sean has also taught his children who are 12 and 10 to surf/skim with his 12 year old starting to make a surfing presence both locally and internationally. All of our lessons are private and take place at the best beach suited for your level of riding. Shuttle service is available upon request.
